What will it cost to ship my order?

If the item is small 0<5kg the item is express shipped overnight via Australia Post $15.95.

If there are multiple items 5kg<17kgs $50.

If it is a large bulky item like a Bike 17kg+ shipping is via express road $99 with insurance.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number and what courier the item was sent with. You can track the parcel here. You will also receive email status updates so you know exactly when it will be delivered and can be home to recieve.

 

When will my order arrive? 

We’re doing our best to ensure you can get moving in water as soon as possible! All orders are processed within 24h by our staff and dispatched same day.

 

How will my equipment arrive?

We will courier your equipment via road transport and send you a tracking receipt. We strive to make the Australia online shopping experience as simple as possible with fast deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, and most regional locations. The delivery will be flat packed with simple assembly and instructions.

 

Can I return my item?

We offer a 7 day money-back guarantee on all equipment purchases. Provided the product is returned undamaged in new condition.  The shipping return is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier.  We will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.
