Ideally, you should keep the water line between your waist and chest for best results when water running. This removes 80 per cent of your body weight.
The treadmill is suitable for different kinds of pools, including mineral, chlorinated, and hydrotherapy. It is recommended that you rinse the swimming pool treadmill off after each use, though.

Regular sneakers you might wear when working out on land are not a good choice. They will absorb the water and add weight to your legs, interfering with your workout.
IS THERE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED FOR THE HYDRORIDER EASYLINE TREADMILL?
You can expect there to be very little maintenance required for this aqua treadmill. We do suggest you rinse it off with clean water and dry it to avoid spots on the stainless steel.
You may need to check the rolls and rubber cover periodically. Checking them once a month will keep the equipment working at its peak. If the rolls are not running smoothly, use WD40 to loosen them. It may also be necessary to tighten the screws as needed with frequent use.
